Dear RB consultant, I have an undergraduate background from non business background (Communication Sciences) and really interested to work as consultant at Roland Berger. Is there an opportunity to be a consultant at Roland Berger if my background is not from business school or economy? Or should I start from the non consulting role position? I really appreciate your advice for my career path if I could work at Roland Berger. Thank you.

Dear Ben,
we at Roland Berger are looking for consultants with an excellent academic record and require outstanding analytical, quantitative and conceptual skills. We hire from a variety of backgrounds, not only with a background in business. We have IT specialists as well as doctors among us and applications with a background in communication sciences are also welcome.
