Short answer: Definitly!
We are working on different supply chain and logistics projects on different scales. Currenlty, we are e.g. supporting a joint project with local supermarkets to deliver groceries to people under quarantine in Heinsberg (the region in Germany suffering the most from the COVID-19 pandemic). Another example would be a team that is supporting the sourcing and distribution of personal protective wear (such as masks) for our colleagues who are delivering parcels and mail.
However, we also work on many non-supply chain projects as the internal management consultancy of Deutsche Post DHL (DPDHL). E.g. Digitalization, Finance or HR projects.
Traditionally, pure supply chain projects (as in network re-modelling, inventory distribution, etc.) are mostly done for external customers and less for DPDHL departments.
