From my personal perspective, PwC Germany allows me to be as flexible with my working hours and location as I need to be in order to find the balance that works best for me.
Speaking in general: it depends.
It depends on what kind of clients you are working with and how deadline-driven the project is, in which teams you are working and most of all how they define and live their own work life choice.
