I do not have a direct comparison to other inhouse consultancies, so I can only speak on what makes DHLC unique.
In my opinion, this is definitely our company culture. It is characterized by flexibility, flat hierarchies and providing an enjoyable working environment for everybody. In pre-COVID times, there were many fun events like strategy workshops, parties etc. With lockdown and social distancing in place, we have now turned towards keeping the spirit alive through virtual events and activities, e.g. virtual coffee chats with colleaugues from our overseas offices.
