Do you work completely remote now? How do you structure your teamwork?

I would say that the majority of meetings are remote at this moment of time, including client meetings, internal team meetings, trainings, and even parties, lunches and coffee chats :)
There is an option to work from office, however office capacity now is limited (to comply with safety regulations).
I do not feel that we structure our teamwork much differently now. We rather look for opportunities to compensate the missing social aspect. In my team, for example, we have weekly team social time, to be able to chat for topics not relevant to work. There are also many other initiatives in the company which help to stay social at least virtually.
