In the meantime just the note on question 2. that I know from reports from colleagues who conducted interview days that on one day 3 out of 4 of the applicants have gotten a job offer and on other days none, which would be in line with your assumption. Overall, I just can say that the interview process at ADV C is very personal and conducted by experienced colleagues, such as senior consultants, project managers and partners. The decision on who gets a personal job offer is really based on the talent's individual knowledge and finding an overall suitable candidate for ADV C and not based on comparison to other applicants.

1.What is the approximate elimination rate in the two rounds of interviews? 

Unfortunately, we cannot give exact information about the elimination rate to external people.

Although we are very selective in both rounds, more people are dropped out in the second. 

2.Is it true that as long as you meet the requirements, you will be selected, without taking into account the competition?

There is no direct comparison between applicants neither competition. However, it is important to mention that the recruiting team selects the CVs that fit better in ADV C.
