Most of our colleagues eventually exit into the Group to join one of the business units in various roles, ranging from Product Owner to Vice President or even C-level executive.
The transition can happen naturally after project completion (e.g. you take over a Product Owner role) or you can also check internal job postings and apply for something completely new that might be of interest to you.
As you can imagine, you build an extensive network within DPDHL Group while working at DHL Consulting which opens up a lot of interesting opportunities for you.
