Hello,
Across our firm, DE&I is one of the key topics and is embodied at all levels of the hierarchy. Clear, measurable targets ensure that it is not just “talks” but actively driven by everyone. A core element is our various networks that promote DE&I (e.g., LGBTQIA+; Gender alliance; Race, ethnicity, and cultural heritage).
We know that we continuously have to improve and are therefore permanently working on new initiatives. One of them is the Female Mentoring Program SheGains. The program is aimed at female Master's students who are supported by experienced mentors even before they start their careers.
