Do you always work in the same team or do you also rotate within the team sometimes?

Hi there!

No, you rotate the team either at the end of the project or (if the project runs a long time) you switch projects after ~ 6 months and have a new project manager and team. Also, the team set up switches from a 1:1 setting e.g., to a team size >5. Hope this helps :)

Hi :)

No, in almost all cases, you work with a new team for every project. However, it is possible that you may be staffed on a project with someone you have worked with before by coincidence. Usually, projects last 3 to 6 months, which means you will work in a new setup with a similar timeline. For longer-term projects, there are also instances where the project team may change during the project in alignment with the client.

Hope this helps!
