Do all consultants work from home right now?

The redesign of your office looks really nice. But how many people are using it right now? Are consultants allowed to go to the office or is everyone working from home? How will you handle this in the near future?

Hi there!

Thank you! We like our new office design a lot and it is a shame that we cannot use it as much as we would like to at the very moment.

In general we have the underlying rule that nobody has to work in the office. Whenever you do not feel like coming to the office (because you do not want to commute, you are part of a high risk group or just don’t feel safe) you can work from home.

Due to the recent changes in the official guidelines from the government, we will slowly “reopen” the office. As of today, 20 people are allowed to work in the office at the same time. Next week we will increase this number to 40 (~50% office utilization). You have to sign up in advance, wear a mask in the common areas (such as the kitchen) and keep 1.5 meter distance at all times.

Our management is monitoring the current situation very closely and will act based on the feedback and experiences from the Consultants.
