How would you answer this question in your Personal Fit interview?

How do you stay motivated during repetitive or monotonous tasks?

I try to set small goals to have a sense of progress, maybe even try to challenge myself by doing it faster than before (while still being as accurate) and through that maybe find ways to improve my efficiency. If I get to bored I take short breaks.

To stay motivated during repetitive or monotonous tasks, I focus on maintaining a bigger-picture perspective. I remind myself of the end goal and how even small, repetitive actions contribute to achieving it. I also set mini-goals or milestones to break up the task and give myself a sense of progress. To keep things fresh, I try to stay organized and find ways to improve my efficiency, which helps me feel more engaged. Plus, I find satisfaction in completing tasks thoroughly and knowing I’ve done my part to contribute to the team or project’s success.

Not all taska should be only motivated. Of course in operational part have to be monotonued tasks. So it's interconnected challenge tasks and monotonued tasks
Even monotonous parts are an opportunity for improvement. Being able to optimize processes to speed up such monotonous tasks is something I am always looking forward to. This combined with the fact that these tasks are part of a bigger, more motivating concept, keeps me motivated.
