What percentage would you estimate for each class? Do you think this order represents the most occuring case types by frequency?

It depends on the particular company and office.
e.g. Bain has many profitability, market sizing, Private Equity. McKinsey has many non-profit cases. In the countries / offices with heavy industries, there will be many ops cases.
I suggest you should be prepared for all of them.
