What do you do for the teamspirit at TKMC?

Hello and thank you for your question! 

Team spirit is a top priority at TKMC, which is why we organize various smaller and larger team events throughout the year. 

Below is a small selection of the team events we hold each year: 

• Offsite: The whole TKMC team spends two days together (usually close to a thyssenkrupp location). The activities during these days range from strategic workshops to various fun team events (e.g. kayaking or Escape Room)
• Christmas party: At the end of the year, all TKMC colleagues get together and celebrate the last year
• Summer party with family and friends
• Project-internal team events (usually take place once a month in the project teams)
• Cooking evenings (due to Corona mostly virtual, but hopefully soon again in person, several times a year)
• Numerous sports groups (e.g. soccer, tennis, golf etc.) and other activities (e.g. card game rounds etc.)

All these activities and events contribute to a great team spirit at TKMC.
