And yes, we have a MBA/PhD program. Through a 12-24 month Leave, we offer you the opportunity to deepen your academic know-how through a PhD or an MBA. The choice of university or business school is entirely up to you. At the same time, we support our colleagues financially and offer them a platform to stay in touch with us and thyssenkrupp.
