Thank you for your question! Initial hands-on experience in management consulting or in the strategy division of a larger company provides a solid foundation for starting your career at tkMC. In addition, strong analytical thinking, a passion for tackling complex challenges, and a collaborative mindset are key. Finally, excellent command of both German and English is essential, and international experience is appreciated.
