Do you offer trainings / development opportunities?

Yes, we have a lot of training and development opportunities. The offerings are very flexible depending on your own preferences and range from, e.g., data science, communication, to stress management. Next to trainings, it is also possible to go on an Educational Leave such as pursuing a PhD or MBA for instance, or also a Social or Educational Fellowship. I for example just returned from my PhD leave this year. From my point of view, it is a unique opportunity to seamlessly switch from full-time consulting into full-time academia in no time. It provides a valuable opportunity to change the perspectives and your daily working routines.
