Ich kann dir von keinen konkreten Erfahrungswerten mit Alleinerziehenden berichten. Wichtig bei tkMC ist uns aber: Lebensrealitäten sind unterschiedlich, und wir versuchen, dem mit Flexibilität und Vertrauen zu begegnen. Durch hybride Arbeitsmodelle, transparente Planung und Teamabstimmung haben wir bisher immer gute Lösungen gefunden, wenn besondere familiäre Verantwortung im Spiel war.
Mein Ratschlag wäre daher, solltest du dich für diesen Berufsweg entscheiden, deine Situation möglichst offen und transparent zu kommunizieren. Entscheidend ist am Ende der offene Austausch – vieles lässt sich besser gestalten, als man zunächst denkt.
Und wenn dich die Beratung fachlich reizt, sollte dich deine familiäre Situation nicht grundsätzlich davon abhalten, es zumindest zu versuchen.
