Als Management Beratung gestalten wir in vielfältigen Industrien gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden gesamtheitliche Lösungen in den Bereichen Business Performance Management & Incentive Systems, Finance Strategy & Transformation, Digital-Empowered Enterprise und Change & Enablement.

Du unterstützt die Projektteams dabei kundenindividuelle Lösungen für die Herausforderungen des CFOs, insbesondere in den Bereichen Accounting und Controlling, zu entwickeln
Du übernimmst eigenständige Arbeitspakete, bereitest Kundenworkshops vor und kannst dabei auf die Unterstützung deines Projektteams und der SET Lösungsexperten zurückgreifen
Du bringst dich frei nach deinem Interesse bei internen Themen mit ein und treibst diese mit Neugier voran

YOUR SKILLS & CAREER

Du befindest dich kurz vor dem Abschluss deines Bachelor- oder Masterstudiums mit vorzugsweise wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Fokus (gerne auch Quereinsteiger)
Erste Praxiserfahrungen im Rahmen von Praktika in der Unternehmensberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Controlling- /Finanz-Bereich in der Industrie sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
Kreatives Engagement bei der managementgerechten Aufbereitung von Präsentation, lösungsorientierte Strukturierung komplexer Sachverhalte sowie "Tüftler-Mentalität" bei IT-basierten Fragestellungen
Spaß an Kommunikation, Moderation und Diskussion in Kundenworkshops sowohl in deutscher als auch englischer Sprache

YOU as part of the crew

As a management consultancy, we work with our clients on designing holistic solutions in the areas of Business Performance Management & Incentive Systems, Finance Strategy & Transformation, Digital-Empowered Enterprise and Change & Enablement.

You are supporting our project teams in developing customized solutions which support taking on challenges of CFOs, especially in the areas of accounting and controlling.
You take over independent work packages, prepare customer workshops with the support of your project team and our SET solution experts.
You contribute to internal topics according to your interests and drive them forward with curiosity

YOUR SKILLS & CAREER

You are about to complete your Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably with a focus on economics (lateral entrants are also welcome).
Gained first practical experience through internships in management consulting, auditing or in the controlling/finance area is an advantage, but not a must
Creative engagement in management-oriented preparation of presentations, solution-oriented structuring of complex issues as well as a "tinkerer mentality" in IT-based issues
Excitement for communication, moderation and discussion in customer workshops, both in German and English
