My G.R.O.W. approach comprises these four steps:
(G) GOALS: Let’s begin the coaching process by exploring your professional and private goals together. This will lay the foundation for your masterplan and ensures that the coaching process is tailored to your specific needs.
(R) REALITY CHECK: Given your current level of expertise, are your goals realistic or over-optimistic? Let’s do a joint deep-dive of your "as-is“-situation. As managing director of a strategy consulting firm, I will share my honest opinion regarding your profile with you.
(O) OPTIONS: What are potential options that you might want to consider to reach your goals? What are the pros and cons?
(W) WAY: Let’s define YOUR WAY together: A detailed step-plan with milestones, tasks, due dates and specific areas of improvement. During this phase, I will share my broad consulting expertise with you to get accepted - but I will also challenge you ;) This final phase might last for a couple of weeks and needs approximately 2-3 hours/week of your time.
