While at EY over the past 9+ years in M&A and Strategy domain, I have grown through ranks from Associate to an Engagement Manager and now a Director with the firm. I have interviewed nearly 150+ candidates through on and off campus program with extremely diverse profile/experiences and for many different EY offices (such as NY, Chicago, Dubai, Singapore, China, India and many European countries).
