We would like to grow together with our employees and retain both them and our customers in the long term. In doing so, we want to continuously develop together and advance the company with dedicated commitment.In addition to commitment, consulting also requires a great deal of flexibility in working to deadlines. That is why our goal is to ensure the compatibility of work and family life as well as a healthy work-life-balance

support. Among other things, we offer individualized development and coaching programs and support the exchange of experience within the team through events and platforms for networking.

Here are a few examples:

  • Flexible working time models, in order to adapt to the respective life situation of the employee. Parental leave, Sabbatical, part-time or semi-retirement are possible with us established and much used models
  • Targeted support to improve compatibility of work and private life through a professional Family Service
  • Mentoring Program for the support with professional Questions and decisions and next career steps
  • Twelve-month support programme by external trainers for personal development, for example in the Female Development Program
  • Internal network forum women@bearingpoint, to Getting in contact with colleagues, exchanging ideas and to get support

But we also offer a variety of events away from the everyday work routine. At each of our locations there are regularly many different events such as "New Member Stammtisch", summer parties and of course Christmas parties (on Fridays ? ). In addition to the local events, there are also events that take place on a company-wide scale, such as the All-Hands Meetings, at which important company developments and strategies are presented and one can network with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. One of my highlights was the BE.School, a company-wide training where I got to know many colleagues from all over the world with whom I still have contact. And of course, there are also afterwork activities with the project teams in smaller or larger groups. Also, in this area we have adapted our new way of working and switched to virtual wine-tastings :)
