I am currently in the early stage of recruitment for a role in Europe, I have identified another role that is a better fit (different office). I am considering withdrawing from the current process I am going through to apply for the role with a better fit.
I perceive there could be an issue with the cooling-off period required to apply for a new role at the same level. Would the cooling-off period still apply to me even though I am the one that instigated the withdrawal?
