thank you for the question.
Generally speaking we are doing projects in the following areas:
Performance, Markets & Strategy, Transformation & Execution and digitalization.
Within the field of performance we are doing for example benchmarkings, NWC optimization projects or cost efficiency initiatives.
Strategy developments and all topics related to sales are typical examples for projects within markets and strategy.
Within transformation and execution we support tk to get things done, like setting up project management and transformation offices, implementing group programs etc.
Lastly we have projects within the field of digitalization. Meaning for e.g. development of digital strategies or creating digital business models.
