Hey there,

It means literally what it says, i.e. that they consider your performance of the assessment in combination with other parts of your evaluation (likely the interviews and resume / cover letter).

They do not make a decision purely on one data point alone.

Cheers,

Florian

Hi there,

This is pretty clear to me!

Your application is considered hollistically (i.e. your assessment performance, your resume, cover letter, any referral etc.)

It means that your performance in the assessment will be considered along with the rest of your application.

When the time comes to make a final decision for your offer - they will consider your interview performance as well as your assessment performance - in addition to other items like CV, profile, etc.. In what combination will they do so - is not specified.

Hi!

It means you'll pass the screening stage based on the test results and the other documents of your application (CV, cover letter, etc.).

Good luck,

Anto

I think it means that they'll consider a number of different factors when reviewing your application, not just the assessment.

Meaning you can do great, and still not get a call, or you can do poorly, and still get lucky.

Hope that helps!

This means that they will not only consider the Imbellus test result when deciding whether you should move forward to the interview stage or not - but also consider CV, Cover Letter, referrals, etc.

Hope this helps,
