Dear Rafic

All the cases in PL which are made by expert are all very nice. You can sort it by the difficulty level.

What I would recommend you here is practice as more as possible, given the chance that you have such a nice oppotyunity to access the cases.

If you need any help or further advice, feel free to reach out.

Hi Rafic,

I have two recommendations:

1) Most of the coach-created cases (including smart Eduction) are very good. Check out all of them here!

2) I like the following casebooks

  • Ross - great firm overview, industry overview, key concepts, and the cases aren't bad (they also include proposed frameworks)
  • Stern - EXCELLENT industry overview, cases not just good but really clear and easy to follow
  • Columbia - awesome in late stages when looking to focus on certain areas. In their table of contents (and in header of each case), they lay out not just industry and case type, but firm (BCG, Bain, etc.), concepts tested (breakeven, brainstorming, etc.) AND difficulty across math, structure, and creativity

I would filter for the best one in 3 different ways:

  • Expert cases: that are easy to be filtered out. These are particularly good, and you can always follow up with the coach in case of questions.
  • Best rated/most solved cases: it´s always a good indication
    • https://www.preplounge.com/en/management-consulting-cases?language=en&sort=rating-desc&page=1&perPage=20
  • Search by keyword (e.g., FIT, profitability, COVID...) Whatever you consider interesting.

Hope it helps!
