Hi Prep lounge fam,

Has anyone here done the McKinsey Next Generation Women Leaders' interview? I'm guessing it should be much easier than a regular McKinsey case, but I want to be sure of what to expect. Any pointers will help. From what i know, it's a minicase and a 'what are your motivations for wanting to join the NGWL cohort?' interview, but I'd like as much info as I can gather.

For me, the process involed 2 behavioural interviews and one simple-ish profitability case.
