Hi, there is not any global and established implementation path in BCG or Bain yet, but they are working on it. In McK it is growing double-digit. Best, Antonello

I agree. #2 is probably the most actionable and relevant, with #1 a close second. Long term, #3 is great but your manager or principal cares about what you can do for them today, not in 3 years..
