Do you have to pay for preplounge coaching sessions before or after the service? If before, what if the coach doesn't show?

Hi there,

You do need to pay beforehand to lock in the session (the risk of a candidate cancelling is far higher than a coach cancelling).

Don't worry, I've never heard of a coach not showing - however, if they don't, you will be fully refunded.

Other coaches covered it well.

From my recent experience there have been couple of occassions where the timing was showing in different zones and the candidate got confused. So, its good practice to message prior to the session and align on the time again.

Payment before. The point of having an established intermediary like Preplounge is that they will take care of issues such as no-show's where they will act according to the T&Cs (i.e., full refund).

Hi there,

You should complete the booking before the session.

If the coach doesn’t show up, you can mark the meeting as a no-show and PrepLounge should be able to provide a refund or help you to reorganize the meeting. Having said that, I don’t think it is very likely you are going to have no-shows from a coach.

Best,

Francesco
