Hi Community!

I am currently working as a SC&O consultant in one of the Big4. Been with the firm right off my Masters for around 1 year+. I have been recently contacted by a recruiter for a role of Transformation Acceleration Analyst in McKinsey. So far I have gone through phone screening and have been invited to their office for first round interview (2 seperate sessions).

1st session: Functional and Case interview

2nd session: Competency and Problem solving interview

Can anyone kindly suggest/advice on how I should prepare for these 4 sub-sessions?

Thank you in advance!!!!

Hi,

I've been contacted by a recruiter for this position as well two weeks ago and I took a PSG (Problem Solving Games) but still waiting for the result. However, I would like to consult you on your interviewed experience like how did you prepare and what kind of the questions had been brought up during your interview session. It would be great if you could give me your online contact for the matter.

Thank you,

Hi, about the Case Interview you are going to be assessed with typical business cases to evaluate your structure in approaching problems, problem-solving skills, and business sense. This is the most time-demanding aspect to work on. I recommend reading Cosentino's Case in point to fix the theory. Then, what will be really important is practicing mock cases with other candidates here on Preplounge.

Hope it helps,
Antonello
