Preparing for Bain and BCG.

Hey there,

I am preparing for interviews as a BCG Gamma/McKinsey Analytics Consultant. I have found it really hard to find practice cases online. I wanted to know if anyone of you has passed these interviews and could give some tipps to prepare for this?

I have found this for Gamma:

But nothing for McKinsey.

So far I have focused a lot on business cases, but now I want to make sure to cover the Data Science side of my interviews.

Hi Patrick,

I have some colleagues working at advanced analytics at BCG. While it is a separate entity compared to Gamma, they may know the process a bit better. Just PM me for details.

Best,

Deniz

Hello!

You will hace specific assesments (coding, etc.) + business cases with a strong analytics component in them.

For getting better at analytic cases, on top of lots of practice, I would recommend you GMAT exercises.

There are free exams in the internet that you can use for practice (the one of LBS MBA page, Verits prep, as well as some free trials for courses such as the one of The Economist (https://gmat.economist.com/)

Hope it helps!

Cheers,
