Hello,

does anyone have a market sizing cased that is constrained by the supply side in terms of the area accessible? (such as number of people in a museum or zoo?)

Thank you - I am struggling with area related questions

Hi there!

A few that I like include:

  • Number of taxis in Manhattan
  • Number of park benches in Central Park (or people)
  • Daily revenue of a nearby store
  • Size of the current (interview) room
  • Number of golf balls you could fit in the interview room

Good luck and feel free to reach out for any training in market sizing!

Hello!

One that I love and is related: how many hairs does a normal size cat have?

Hint: you can ask for hairs/cm2 as a data point, but you will need to figure out the area of the cat for multiplying later.

It´s also an "area" type of market sizing case, but a funny one ;)

Hope it helps!

Best,

Clara
