What is the stage after CV submission ? Any Numerical/PST style/SHL Test ?
How many round of interviews ?
Any other thing need to be consider ?

You should have 2 rounds of interviews. In general, market sizing is pretty common at LEK.

HR screening followed by 2 rounds of interviews. Interviews follow the format outlined on the website and the cases are pretty standard.

As the colleagues already mentioned here - it should follow the classical structure with 2 rounds and 2 interviews each. For any particular specification, it's better to contact HR, as this things might change depending on the office.
