Hey there,
I used to be a senior consultant at SKP before I moved to MBB.
The process here depends a bit on the office but usually goes as following:
1. Math test online (very different from MBB exams - this is purely a math exam)
2. phone interview (classic case interview)
3. phone interview (classic case interview)
4. Recruiting day (up to 4 interviews and a math test)
///
I wouldnt say there is a particular different way to prepare for SKP interviews, just know the company well, study pricing cases and make sure usual key areas are covered.

Hi there,
I helped a few people to join SK in different offices worldwide, and I agree with Jamie, the process is pretty standard.
You will probably have a few cases in pricing as it is the key area they focus on, so I would recommend to prepare accordingly.
In terms of general process, I recommend the one at the following link:

Please feel free to PM me if you have additional questions.

Francesco
Hi there,
I generally advise candidates "learn how to learn" i.e. train so that they are prepared to react to anything!
That being said, if you're short on time, I highly recommend you focus on cases that revolve around their line of work:
You should make sure you understand the following industries:
Hope this helps and best of luck!
Dear A,
The process is quite standard - fit questions, case, questions to the interviewer. Also considering the specialization of this firm, pay more attention to cases on Strategy, Marketing and Pricing.
If you need any further help or advice, feel free to reach out.
Best,
André
Hello!
I have not prepared anyone for SK, but I have couple of friends who are consultants there.
They confirmed me that the process if pretty stardand. Hence, follow the classical MBB prep (case + FIT) and you will be fine.
Hope it helps!
Best,
Clara
