How does TKMC look at experienced (7+ years) professionals with no consulting experience?

Hi, I have 7 years of industry experience in the supply chain function of an industry-leading organization. Just completed my MBA and looking to get into management consulting and was wondering how does Thyssenkrupp view experienced professionals. Thanks for your help!

Also, I'm based in Singapore. Is an international hire possible?

Hello,
thank you for your question! If you have prooven experiences in dealing with strategic issues within an international group it's equally fine. But generally speaking, the higher the hierachy level the more important are consulting experiences. That's why it would be a plus to consider applying for our Consultant or Senior Consultant position.

Concerning the hiring of internationals - refer to the answer I've given to one of the previous questions ;)

Best regards
