Hi,

any idea on the recruiting timeline/cycle of mckinsey and bcg in the middle east this year? Do they recruit/accept applications all year? Or is it seasonal? And are all offices in the ME follow the same cycle?

thank you

Hello !

Usually, there only are cycles when you are coming from Uni.

However, worth touchig base with HR directly, they will indicate you best, particularly since this year is full of exceptions vs. the previous years

Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Clara

Hi there,

In general, there is "in-cycle" recruiting for those attending unviersity (undergrad, MBA, etc) and out-of-cycle recruiting for experienced hires (those coming from an existing job).

In-cycle occurs during set periods and out-of-cycle is rolling and based on referrals, application timing, etc.

Best to reach out to HR in the offices in which you're interested to get a better idea of specific timing for your situation!

I agree, that all of these companies mostly "in-cycle recruiting". But to have a clear understanding, please, contact HR for that info.

Cheers,

GB
