Hi all. I would like to ask those colleagues who worked in different MBB firms - what sound cultural differences you see between firms?

Hi,
I would say that the culture is very different by office and country, so hard to compary. In general:
- Bain - more local, small, family
- BCG - more outgoing, local
- McKinsey - More global, serious and conservative
Again, it is very subjective and is different from country to country
