i transferred colleges after 2 years. my first gpa was near perfect and my second school's i average around a-. if both are above 3.5 is it acceptable to group together or should i break them out separatley?

I would say it is totally fine to group the two, in case HR or the interviewer ask further details you can always provide further details later.

You can group them, or only mention the GPA of your second school if you believe this will favor you.
