From reading the prompt, how did you know "nearshoring" is the focus of this case?

Hi! From reading just the case description (without looking at the title), how could you identify that you should be investigating into nearshoring? What clarifying questions should you ask to identify that? Thanks!

Well, the blue text at the very beginning of the case says " The cient already has a footprint in Warsaw which is only leveraged to nearshore French support functions". Blue text is something the interviewer will provide :)

I honestly don't think you can really anticipate this from just the case prompt. This actually makes it a good case as you have to adjust post-framework based on information provided ;)
