Hi! Have a second round with a senior manager tomorrow for a senior FSO Consulting role. Was told in my first interview that should I progress, the next and final round would be a conversation with a Partner, and if partner approved then an offer would be extended. It's looking a bit different now. Wondering if I'll be warned about a case study prior to the interview or if it would be sprung on me in the moment. Please let me know or any advice and feedback for this role would be really helpful! Thank you

Hello Geetika,

Could you provide some more information regarding what you mean when you say that “it is looking a bit different now”? Generally, final rounds tend to involve a case and some behavioral questions.

Hi Geetika,

First of all, well done in getting to the 2nd round!

What do you mean “it's looking a bit different now”. Do you mean it won't be a conversation with the partner?

Ultimately, when it comes to interviews anything can be sprung on you. Just come in without expectations and be ready for anything! As long as you are flexible/adaptable you will be just fine.
