I applied to Mckinsey in Korea a few weeks ago, and received a mail about scheduling a quick phone interview (15mins). I guess that was just a quick phone (resume) screen interview. I replied back with my availability and since then I never got any response back. 2 weeks later, I received SHL invitation and took the test the following week. Does that mean I skipped a phone interview? Should I call HR

No, it could happen. Sometimes the HR has just a talk with the candidate during the first round.

just in case you don't receive any feedback, I would recommend you to write them saying that you completed the SHL.

Good luck!

Sometimes it happens. I recommend to simply do the SHL and wait for the next steps.

Hello!

Don´t worry about it, since at the end, you moved on to the next stage!

It´s like having a positive outcome from a call that never happened.

Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Clara
