Simple question - Does McKinsey Australia have an HR round interview before 1st Round interview? I heard that whether there is HR interview depends on office locations.

There is not in the Australian office an established HR round in the application process. However, especially for internships and for most junior candidates, an HR officer can be actively present during a first-round interview or - less likely - can interview you for 15-20 minutes.
To prepare it you do not need anything more than a great prep for the fit interview.
