1. No major differences to be expected in my view. Expect many market sizing cases in the Bain process

2. This can vary greatly by interviewer. I would say that handouts with graphs is more common in Bain interviews.

3. At Bain we always talk about answer first. So ideally the candidate presents the conclusion first and then supports with arguments.

4. Expect 40 Minutes+ for the case interview with Bain. Less focus on the fit part.

Hi,

  1. Similar, however more cases at Bain would have the final number you have to find, while at BCG the cases will be more frequently open-ended.
  2. Many more graphs at Bain
  3. Depends on the case. The approach is the same
  4. Cases are a bit longer at Bain since the fit part is shorter. At Bain, they don't ask any stories

But to be honest - everything that you've asked does not really matter if you are good with cases.

Best!
