Did the projects change? How actively is an internal consultancy involved in the PMI?

Thanks a lot for your time and effort here! Really appreciate it.

Hi there,

First of all, thank you for your above question regarding the deal between RWE and E.ON.

Since integrating Innogy was and still is a big challenge and at the same time an opportunity for E.ON, we as ECON are actively shaping the integration process.

One specific example is the Integration Management Office, which is steered by ECON, and is used as a central lever to coordinate the integration throughout the organization.

In addition, there are several projects following the integration, which have started within the past months after the first step of the integration was successfully managed.

Overall, the deal with RWE had an impact on our project portfolio, but did not have an impact on our way of working or our core values.

I hope this answers your questions. Feel free to reach out in case you want to know more.

Best regards,

Ben
