Does anyone has any recent experiences with the recruiting process at BearingPoint Germany? I applied as an analyst within supply chain management.

Hope this is not too late. The recuriting process at BP usually consists of 2 phone interviews (or 1 phone interview and one in person depending where you are) and then the AC.

The AC consists of 5 parts:

  1. BP will introduce itself
  2. Candidates will get divided into groups of about 6-8. You will have to introduce yourself in English and explain why you want to work for BP
  3. Group case 1: group has to solve a case and present the results afterwards
  4. Group case 2: group has to solve another case based on the first one and present afterwards
  5. time for your questions to the BP consultant
  6. feedback

BP puts a lot of value on team spirit as shown in the use of group cases, so make sure you're prepared for that.
