Hi there,
Being an active Bain & Company Project Leader (located in Europe), having close bonds to the ME colleagues and having interviewed 200+ applicants across seniority levels ever since, I have a firm understanding of what Bain seeks out for in candidates.
Moreover, I act as a mentor and coach for 5+ years for colleagues at Bain & Company as well as for selected individuals from my alma mater, ESCP Business School, Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes and Schmalenbach-Stiftung.
