After working in banking, I moved into recruitment and recruited for investment banks such as Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Deutsche and smaller boutique banks. Across 25 years in recruitment globally, I covered banking, investment banking recruitment, and leadership roles within global and boutique firms, interviewing and preparing thousands of candidates. With a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Psychology from Victoria University in Wellington, I then recruited into digital transformation.
Now, I run Momentum Career Consulting, a coaching business designed to help individuals gain clarity, confidence, and conviction to control their career journeys. Collaborating with universities, schools' and individuals I provide intentional individual coaching and group workshops, using my expertise to guide people from students to executives looking for a change through the emotional and often unclear process as they start and build their careers. Whether it is understanding their story, interview preparation, building a CV or a more comprehensive full career search strategy.
