A typical interview will be: 20% Fit questions, 70% Business case, 10% Interviewer questions and preparation should follow accordingly.

My thoughts/approach on each section are the following:

Fit questions: the key ingredients are being authentic, structured and relaxed and here practice really does make perfect.

Business case: frameworks and checklists can be powerful allies but will not get you out of unconventional situation or questions, so I believe a strong candidate should be able to master what I call a structured flexibility, of course taking into account the good old business case best practices.

Interviewer questions: do not underestimate the power that leaving on a good note can have, this is more important than one may think.
