I have a very structured approach for most type of cases.
Cases can usually be framed in a certain number of frameworks: I will teach you how to use the frameworks without appearing too obvious and banal in the use of the said approach.
When coaching I realized that people tend to panic (especially on virtual interviews): I will teach you techniques on how to best deal with stress at the beginning of the case, during the case and in the eventuality of a failure during the case (i.e., how to pick up if you messed up).
With some candidates I might also offer a referral at my own risk.
