how do you know that for the downtime costs you have to divide the downtime shifts by 3 shifts a day. I can't find any information within the case that there are 3 shifts a day.

Hi,
A day exists of 24 hours and a shift is 8 hours (thanks to the social revolutions) in the European model which is the case for this German based company.
