Hi All,
I got a negative response after my final interviews with Kearney in M.E. It was a good process with 2 initial interviews with Principals and final 2 with partners (manager level process).
Context: My final interviews with the partners were interesting, the first one didn't go through any case. The entire hour was spent on my experience and C.V. Clearly I passed that one and then the final interview was with Head of sector who asked me a broad case style question. I personally felt comfortable answering and actually later found out that he worked on a white paper that came out a couple of days after the interview on which the questions was based. My answer was similar to the white paper and gives me confidence in my overall structuring and response.
Question: I have a call with the partner who progressed me to the next stage to get feedback, is it possible to suggest a rethink about the refusal and is there any chance of changing their minds? Could this refusal be anyhow linked to COVID?
How would you know that "Covid did not do this"? I guess you are aware that MBBs cut their hiring to almost zero, i.e. an interview performance which landed you a job 1 year ago, is now a reject...
I agree with Anonymous B.
